The Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the Women Empowerment Training Program was held on March 8, 2026, at Solapur village, in celebration of International Women’s Day. The event marked the successful completion of the training program aimed at equipping rural women with practical skills and promoting self-reliance and economic empowerment.

The program was organized by Shramjeevi Foundation in collaboration with Jaybharat Foundation, with the objective of enabling women to gain vocational skills and create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

The Special Guest, Ms. Ondi McMaster, from AtelierOM – Eco Ethical Artisanal Textiles and Apparel, New York City, USA, shared her valuable insights on sustainable fashion, ethical production, and women-led enterprises. She encouraged the participants to use their newly acquired skills to build confidence, start small businesses, and contribute to their communities.

The ceremony was further graced by the presence of Ms. Sharavva Daroji, President of Shramjeevi Foundation, who highlighted the importance of skill development initiatives for rural women and emphasized that empowering women economically leads to stronger families and communities.

The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to the women trainees, recognizing their dedication and successful completion of the training.
