Shramajeevi Foundation, established in February 2024, is dedicated to addressing unemployment, fostering entrepreneurship, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our mission is to empower individuals by raising awareness of diverse career and business possibilities, with a special focus on supporting women, youth, and persons with disabilities.
Through specialized skill development programs and personalized career guidance, we equip individuals with the tools they need to succeed. How We Started?
Shramajeevi Foundation began its journey in February 2024 with a simple yet powerful vision: to empower individuals and transform communities through sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our founders were deeply moved by the challenges faced by women, youth, and persons with disabilities, particularly in accessing quality education, employment, and entrepreneurial support. They recognized the urgent need for an organization that could address these issues holistically.
The foundation’s first step was to understand the root causes of unemployment and underemployment in rural and urban areas. Extensive research and community engagement revealed gaps in skill development, career awareness, and financial accessibility. With this insight, Shramajeevi Foundation designed programs tailored to bridge these gaps and provide practical solutions.
Our initial programs focused on vocational training and career counseling, empowering participants with the skills and confidence to pursue meaningful work. As word spread about our mission, we garnered support from local communities, volunteers, and organizations eager to collaborate on this shared vision.
One of the earliest milestones in our journey was launching initiatives that specifically targeted women and youth, offering them pathways to financial independence and self-reliance. These programs quickly gained momentum, inspiring us to expand our reach and diversify our offerings.
