The Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the Chiguru Women Empowerment Training Program was successfully held on July 12, 2026, at Hargapur Village, celebrating the achievements of rural women who successfully completed an intensive 45-day skill development training program.
Jointly organized by Shramjeevi Foundation with the support of Jaybharat Foundation, the initiative aimed to equip women with practical vocational skills that enable them to become financially independent and improve their quality of life.
During the 45-day training, the participants received hands-on training from basic to advanced levels in a variety of income-generating crafts, including:
- Bag Stitching
- Quilt Making
- Blouse Stitching
- Embroidery
- Wire Bag Making
- Kurti Stitching
The training focused on developing professional skills, improving product quality, and preparing women to start their own micro-enterprises or secure self-employment opportunities. By the end of the program, the participants had gained the confidence and technical expertise needed to produce market-ready products and generate a sustainable source of income.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Yashovardhan Baramatikar, CEO and Administrator of Shri Kshetra Siddhagiri Math, Kaneri. In his keynote address, he appreciated the determination of the women participants and highlighted the importance of skill-based education in creating economic opportunities and empowering rural communities.

The highlight of the event was the distribution of certificates to all the successful participants, recognizing their hard work, perseverance, and successful completion of the training program.
The Chiguru Women Empowerment Training Program reflects the shared commitment of Jaybharat Foundation and Shramjeevi Foundation to empowering rural women through skill development and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
