Women Empowerment Training Program – Opening Ceremony

The Women Empowerment Training Program was inaugurated successfully on May 12, 2026, at Hargapur with great enthusiasm and participation from local community members and women beneficiaries. The program was organized with the objective of empowering women through skill development, self-employment opportunities, and social awareness initiatives.
The opening ceremony was graced by the presence of the PDO Madam of Hargapur Gram Panchayat, who attended the event as the Chief Guest. In her address, she emphasized the importance of women’s empowerment, financial independence, and skill-based training for rural women. She encouraged all participants to actively utilize the training program for their personal and professional growth.
The event was also honored by the presence of Shramjeevi Foundation President Ms. Sharavva Daroji, who motivated the women participants with her inspiring words on self-confidence, entrepreneurship, and community development. She highlighted the continuous efforts of the foundation in supporting women and promoting livelihood opportunities in rural areas.
The entire program was fully sponsored by Jaybharat Foundation, whose valuable support made the initiative possible. The foundation’s contribution towards women’s skill development and empowerment was highly appreciated by all attendees.
As part of the inauguration ceremony, training kits were distributed to the participants by the dignitaries. The distribution of kits marked the formal commencement of the training activities and created excitement among the beneficiaries.
